The Head of Medical Development leads the Medical Pillar of the Rejuvenating Idoani Initiative, providing strategic direction for the development of sustainable, high-quality healthcare services. The role focuses on advancing preventive, diagnostic, and specialist medical care, building partnerships with healthcare institutions and the Idoani diaspora, and attracting investment to strengthen the community’s health infrastructure. Working closely with government, academic, and private-sector partners, the Head of Medical Development helps position Idoani as a centre for healthcare excellence, innovation, and community wellbeing.
